Neal provides vital leadership for THL by coordinating the annual efforts between the ministry partners involved.  Neal carries out the critical work of identifying and recruiting pastors from across the state who would benefit most from the THL experience. He served as the Team Leader for the Church Strengthening Team and a Stewardship Consultant with the Evangelism and Discipleship Group of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina for many years before retiring.
